The Proof Is in the Projects

Every passive fire protection contractor will talk about competence. We prefer to show it — building by building, doorset by doorset, penetration by penetration.

GMI Construction

We have recently completed a contract for GMI Construction at Integra 61 near Durham - DC3 and DC5 and Hillthorn Business Park in Washington. We supplied and fitted fire stopping to all units as well as the intumescent coating and top seal to the hot rolled steel.

Riverside College

This is a New Build Construction that required both an Intumescent Paint and Top Coat to offer both a 1 hour fire protection and a Decorative finish – The work was a 4 story building comprising of Capsulated Cell beams that on completion will be left on show for an industrial look as the finish building is an Engineering Block.
